To Prepare for Conference, a few days before, the Brethren go to a session in the temple with their wives, and then go to a room apart, and bear testimony of the Savior and his Gospel. What are you doing to prepare for Conference?
Are we preparing our hearts and minds to hear the will of the Lord, as delivered by his authorized servants on this earth? Are we praying to the Lord that we will be touched with what he wants us to pay attention to?
The apostles, prophets, and disciples who speak at General Conference are under the inspiration of the Lord, and will speak the words we need to hear.
As we listen, may we listen to the spirit as it impresses upon us what message we need to hear. The speakers have sought heaven's help as they prepare, and what we hear will help us to become more like the Savior and turn our hearts more to him.
