"And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him.
And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.
And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.
After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.
And he sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell it to any in the town." (Mark 8:22-26)
Christ didn't seek glory for what he did, yet he did the same sorts of things that can be done with the priesthood today. Do we have the faith that miracles can be worked? The priesthood is again on the earth, the same power by which Christ worked miracles.
In the Book of Helaman, in the Book of Mormon, Nephi had the faith to raise his brother from the dead, and to perform many other mighty miracles. Moses did miracles in his day, as did other prophets. Do we have the faith that they had?
May we ever strive to be worthy of the miracles of God, for they are there to be had. I know it, for I have experienced the healing power that comes from God. May we all experience that.
