The Book of Revelations says; "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."
It further says "To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne." (Revelations 3:20-21)
Do we invite the Savior into our lives so we can feast upon the blessings he provides? Do we rely on him so we can overcome all things, so that we may return to him again?
Do we turn off the tv, turn off the popular music, and spend time in the scriptures or studying gospel principles? Do we serve others instead of serving ourselves? These are some of the best ways to invite the Savior into our lives.
As we do this, we will experience the peace the Savior spoke of when he said Peace, I leave with you, my peace I give unto you, not as the world giveth give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27)
And it all begins by letting him in.
