"And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest" Luke 1:30-32 http://www.lds.org/scriptures/nt/luke/1.30-32)
He is the Only Begotten of the Father, sent as a baby to grow, and ultimately to save us from our sins, to redeem us, and to help us return back to our Father's presence again. What started in Bethlehem was planned from before the foundations of the world, and would change the world forever. And it still changes lives.
May we all be grateful for how he has changed our own lives, and seek to change others for the better through service and kindness, simple acts of caring, and pure christlike love.
