For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. ~ Luke 2:11-12
The gift of the Savior was a gift for all of God's children, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16).
After the gift of our lives, our souls, our happiness, and eternal life with our Father in Heaven, what gift will we give to others? So many out there who don't know of the Love our Father in Heaven has for them.
May we serve them, love them, and help them return as well. Pick something you can do this Christmas season to serve others. Then quietly go about doing it. Make that your gift to Christ this season.
