How do we "Enter thou into the joy of thy Lord"

The parable of the talents, combined with modern revelation, tell us what we can do to enter the joy of the Lord.  After the one given 5 talents enlarges upon them to get ten, the Lord Says,

"Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord."

We enlarge on our talents by serving and lifting others, most especially in our own families.  Do we serve others, in our homes, at church, in the temple, online, and in whatever way we can?  That is what life is made of.

President Eyring has said when we reach out to succor others, the Savior feels as if we reached out to succor him.  His only burden now is to know perfectly which of his children need help.  When we help others, the spirit attends, and that burden turns to joy as you team with Christ in lifting others.

As you do that, at the last day, you will have turned your talent into two, or your five to ten.  And as you enter into the joy of your Lord, you will feel of his embrace, blessing and lifting you.

May we ever seek after that.
